Images of Vietnam's land and people exhibited at the International Trade Centre in Cleveland, Ohio in the US, have attracted thousands of visitors.
The Vietnam pavilion was held by the Vietnamese Embassy in Washington from July 28-Aug 2 to introduce visitors to traditional musical instruments as well as pictures and photos of Vietnam. Many US war veterans expressed their wish to return to Vietnam soon.
This was the first time Vietnam's culture was introduced in the city. Many overseas Vietnamese families sent their children wearing Vietnamese traditional costumes to the exhibition to welcome visitors.
Cleveland city's mayor, Ms. Jane Campbell, visited the pavilion and expressed thanks to the Vietnamese Embassy for joining the city's big culture event, helping people in Cleveland understand more about Vietnam.
