Vietnam's lacquer paintings 'Remainder after the Time' by Trinh Quoc Chien, 'Spiritual Light' by Mai Dac Linh and 'Afternoon in the Garden' by Nguyen Dinh Tuyen, and silk paintings 'Kitchen Conner' by Nguyen Yen Nguyet and 'Rest Corner on Truong Son' by Vu Giang Huong are being displayed in Beijing.
They are among the more than 400 paintings by around 200 artists from 40 countries on display at an international fine arts exhibition, which opened in Beijing on Saturday.
During the 5-day exhibition themed "Creativity: Character of the Time and of the Region", seminars on fine arts will be held for artists from the participating countries. (VNA)
