Photographers Peter Sainhauer and Hoai Linh will open their exhibition, "Vietnam - A decade through photos", on July 12th at the Vietnam Fine Art Museum.
The show is one of series of events marking the 10th anniversary of US – Vietnam diplomatic relations. (July 12th 1995 - 2005).
With 60 black and white photos on Vietnam taken from 1994 to 2004, the exhibit aims to honor the beauty and vehement vitality of a dynamic country.
The two artists show their mutual sympathy, revealing a peaceful Vietnam despite differences in their art style and way of expression. Their photos show stunning landscapes and friendly portraits on past and contemporary urban culture in Vietnam.
The exhibition runs through August 8th.
