Paintings sale for Agent Orange victims (June 24, 2005)


The graphic creating camp which was held by the Vietnam Fine Arts Association ended recently with the participation of 12 painters from the Young Painters’ Club.

The young painters were introduced graphic techniques by painter Le Huy Tiep.

On June 24, at the contemporary fine arts centre at 621 De La Thanh road, the works of the young painters are displayed. All the proceeds from the sale for the works will be donated to the Agent Orange victims in Hoa Binh village in Hanoi. One painter will select his/her three best works for display, which is estimated to be sold at VND 500,000 each.
